I was able to walk on the treadmill again this morning. That makes 3 mornings in a row and I was able to do my 35 minutes. I did lunges for the last five minutes. Typically, I walk about 3.4 miles per hour and I kept the pace the same while doing the lunges. I didn't realize it would increase my heartrate the way that it did. It turned out well and I hope it worked my inner thighs.
Weight-wise, I made it back down to 137.8. I set a goal for a pound a week, but I didn't figure on fluctuating so much. I thought I'd be at 135.6 today. I'm two pounds from that, but will keep working hard.
